Normally, anyone can join an Unturned server without needing a password. Adding a server password is a good move to stop people who aren’t supposed to join from finding your server on the Unturned community list and getting in.

Setting Up the Password

1. Go to your Unturned Server Panel and make sure the server is off.
2. Navigate to File Manager > Servers > Default > Server > Commands.dat
3. On a blank line, type Password <your_password>, replacing <your_password> with a secure password.
4. Save and Close the document.
5. Go back to Console and Start the server.
