How to Enable Cheats on Your 7 Days to Die Server

Gain admin rights to manage your server in-game.

To manage your 7 Days to Die server effectively, you'll need to enable cheat mode, which allows you to perform various admin actions like kicking or banning players.

Steps to Enable Cheat Mode:

1. Make sure you are an admin on the server. If not, follow the steps below to add yourself as an admin.
2. Open the in-game console by pressing the “F1” key for your keyboard:
3. Type cm in the console and press Enter to enable Cheat Mode.

Steps to Add Admins to Your 7 Days to Die Server:

1. Log in to RocketNode's Game Panel and navigate to the Console.
2. To add an admin, use the command: admin add (username, entity ID, or SteamID64) (0 - 1000).
   • Note: The number at the end of the command determines the permission level (0 is the highest).
3. Save and restart your server to apply the changes.

Important: When using a SteamID to add an admin, make sure to prefix the ID with Steam_
